Challenge
The legacy monolith could not keep up with increased load, deployments were slow and risky, and the monitoring surface was fragmented across teams.
Solution
We designed a domain-driven, service-oriented architecture with clear service boundaries, implemented horizontal autoscaling, adopted containerization, and standardized CI/CD pipelines with automated tests and Canary releases.
